    The Professional and Charitable Affiliations of Lloyd LeCain

    As the chief executive officer of Washington, D.C.’s Executive Concepts, Lloyd LeCain oversees a wide variety of out-of-country construction projects for the United States military. Earlier in his career, he served as a captain in the U.S. Navy and as an instructor at the Naval Readiness Center in Ventura, California, and later became the president of the Reserve Officers Association, Department of California. Lloyd LeCain earned a bachelor of science in marine transportation at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He remains active with his college alma mater as a card-carrying member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students.

    Lloyd LeCain’s other educational and professional affiliations include a small business membership in the Naval War College Foundation and a lifetime membership in the National Defense Transportation Association. Mr. LeCain also actively participates in the Commodores Club, the Military Officers Association of America, and the Association of Old Crows. As part of his continuing effort to give back to the community at large, he is proud to support the charitable efforts of Pence for St. Anthony and the Catholic Bishop of Northern Alaska.
